The Court is satisfied with the reason mentioned therein. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed and M.J.C. No. 1346 of 2013 is restored to its original file. The petitioner is directed to remove the defect as pointed out by the office in M.J.C. No. 1346 of 2013 in course of the day.
