JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2017 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 12. The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has made a prayer for modifying an order, which was passed long back on 20-08-1990. By such modification, the petitioner wants extension of benefit of 1st time bond promotion from particular date. It is admitted that the petitioner is widow of an employee, who superannuated in the year 1992 and thereafter, all the retiral dues was settled and finally, in the year 1998, he left for heavenly abode.
Patna High Court CWJC No.930 of 2015 (3) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 The present writ petition was filed in the year 2015 for modification in an order, which was passed in the year 1990. In view of the matter, being stale, there is no reason to entertain the writ petition.
