1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 363 and 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. It is further submitted that earlier Chhotu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar and Guddu Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 54471 of 2022 and the same was allowed by an order dated 25.08.2023 after considering the case on merits and in detail. It is next submitted that Chhotu Kumar @ Pintu Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50140 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 and Guddu Kumar were named in the FIR whereas petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpired during the course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Jaypal Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, submits that the case of the petitioner is on a better footing. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021.
