The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahnar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and others in killing of her daughter.
It appears that except suspicion the investigating officer did not collect any tangible evidence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1931 of 2015 (2) dt.16-01-2015 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.
