The petitioner seeks bail in Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 04.06.2018 there was a Cricket Match between the two teams and on account of some dispute altercation took place between them. On 05.06.2018 at about 8 pm 10 to 15 persons variously armed with lathi, danda, rod and knife came to his house and assaulted him, his family members and his friend Kundan Singh. Allegation against the petitioner is of causing knife blow on Kundan Singh, friend of the informant, on his waist.

He has got no criminal antecedent. As per injury report enclosed at Annexure-2 the injury on Kundan Singh has been found to be insignificant. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-cum-Special Judge, CBI, Patna, in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018.
