1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to make transfer of the petitioner in any other school as Teacher from Shri Ram Hari

Patna High Court CWJC No.12071 of 2025(3) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 Higher Secondary Education, Pabhera, Block Dhanarua, District Patna, on the ground that respondent no. 9 i.e., Headmaster of the School is threatening the petitioner of dire consequences.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 29.07.2025, District Education Officer, Patna, as well as S.H.O., Dhanarua, are present in person before this Court.

4. Learned Standing Counsel-13 produces office order passed by the District Education Officer having Memo No. 8431 dated 07.08.2025 and submits that petitioner has been posted at Patna Collegiate School, Patna.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, accordingly, he does not want to press this writ application.

6. Accordingly, this writ application is disposed as not pressed.

7. The personal appearance of Mr. Saket Ranjan, District Education Officer, Patna, and Mr. Shubhendra Kumar, S.H.O., Dhanarua, is dispensed with.
