2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 08.06.2020 whereby learned court below has taken cognizance against the petitioners u/s 354C, 354D, 500, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 66C of the I.T. Act, 2000 and further prayed to quash the entire criminal proceeding of this case.
3. The prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner is accused of taking semi nude photo of the informant when she was going to take bath and make viral. She further alleged that when her father went to petitioner no. 2 to complain about the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62192 of 2021(3) dt.24-03-2025 2/2 incident, they threatened him that if you lodged an FIR, you have to face the consequences.
4. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are serious in nature and the defence of the petitioners cannot be considered at this stage. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
