Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. case No. 341 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 325, 302 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2017 and the allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus. There is specific allegatin of assault of against Vikesh @ Vikki. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
