Mr.Bhanu Pratap Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2024 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Chiraiya (Sikarganj) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the accused persons named therein including the petitioners killed the sister of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55588 of 2024(5) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

6.Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
