The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of taking Rs.50,000/- for providing job, but neither the money was returned nor the job was provided.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment as the payment has not been made through any banking channel. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2768 of 2015 (02) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in some serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
