The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the present case has been filed because the petitioners have earlier filed an application against the informant and others for road cutting before the Circle Officer.

Considering trivial nature of the dispute and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7753 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 considering Annexure-2, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
