2. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties as also the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 02.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 447 of 2012, has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

4. Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2019 had been filed on behalf of the Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank for recall of order dated 04.09.2019 by which appearance of its Chairman and Managing Director had been directed.

5. In view of the application itself being disposed off, the order of personal appearance of the officers has become infructuous.

6. Interlocutory Application No. 1 of 2019, also stands disposed off.
