2. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 11/2023 arising out of Bhore P.S. Case No. 321/2022 for the offences punishable under section 304(B), 302/34 of the IPC lodged on 08.07.2022 by the informant, Raja Kushwaha.

3. Mr. Bhairo Nath Sharma, learned counsel on the instruction of Mr. Rajani Ranjan Pd. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial already stands concluded in the matter, as such, the application has become infructuous and in that backdrop, he prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
