Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 284, 120B, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be cousin gotini of the informant and there is only allegation against her that she conspired with other accused to give poisonous meal to the informant, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
