1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 23.11.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.25493 of 2019, the District Magistrate, Biharsharif has already disposed off the application of the petitioner by an order dated 27.07.2023, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner has been rejected.

2. In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, however with liberty to the
