2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue rule in the nature Mandamus commanding the respondents particularly respondent no 3, to remove encroachment from the land of the petitioner, over which, right, title of the petitioner has been confirmed by a competent civil court as well as the direction given by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No 17599/2013 Dt 13.8.2015 to the revenue authorities to consider and get the encroachment removed;

Patna High Court CWJC No.12479 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 (ii) to direct the higher authority to take appropriate action against guilty official, who, are working in collusion with the party of vested interest and as such they are sitting over the matter since long and by such direction protect the right of property of the petitioner as contained in the articles of the Indian Constitution;

(iii) to grant any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is legally entitled.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file it afresh.
