28-06-2017 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel assisted by Sri S.K.Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 6.

The present restoration petition has been filed for restoring another restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 1024 of 2015, which stood dismissed on 13-01-2016. The earlier restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 1024 of 2015 was filed on 27-04-2015 for restoring a writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 12661 of 2007, which stood dismissed on 23-03-2015.

Patna High Court MJC No.2126 of 2016 (4) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court the reason for non-appearance, however; considering the fact that once the writ petition stood dismissed due to nonprosecution and thereafter, restoration petition was also dismissed due to non-prosecution, there is no reason to allow the present restoration petition.

The restoration petition stands dismissed.
