2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful
Patna High Court MJC No.1420 of 2017 dt.18-04-2019 2/2 disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.04.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2339 of 2014.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 6, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 28.12.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts the stand of the opposite parties.
