The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/366 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having enticed the victim lady along with her child and kept her at his house for two days.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim lady has stated in her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that in fact she had herself unknowingly and by mistake gone with the petitioner herein but at the moment she wants to stay with her husband. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018.

It is directed that the petitioner would mark his attendance before the Officer In-Charge of the concerned Police Station at 10 A.M. on one Monday of the month till the framing of charge.
