2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 03/2017 dated 19.01.2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
