ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.11.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, has refused to release the tractor seized in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 181 of 2013 on the ground that the confiscation proceedings have been initiated. In view of such, finding no merit in the application, the same is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail his remedy before the concerned authority.
