The petitioner's claim for employment on ground of acquisition of his land by the Railway was directed to be considered and disposed off in accordance with law by order dated 13.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17028 of 2011. Since the petitioner's claim has been decided by order dated 28.11.2017 and the same has been placed on record along

Patna High Court MJC No.978 of 2017 dt.19-07-2018 2/2 with show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties, the order passed by the writ Court stands complied with.

Petitioner, however, submits that he is not satisfied with the order passed by the opposite parties and he would assail the same. The petitioner is at liberty to do so in appropriate proceedings.

No further orders need be passed in the instant proceedings.

The contempt proceeding is dropped.
