JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram as a party respondent no.13 in the present writ petition. Let the same be done, during the course of the day.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15483 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the State respondents to remove the encroachment over the land in question, made by the respondents no. 7 to 12. Having regard to the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to avail the remedy of approaching the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram by filing an appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, seeking implementation of the order dated 9.7.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dehri as also the order dated 4.8.2018 passed by the Deputy Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram, whereupon the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram shall take appropriate action forthwith. The wit petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
