At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that a supplementary affidavit has been filed stating about the death of petitioner no.2, Rameshwar Manjhi during pendency of this application.
The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in the case registered under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, over a dispute relating to a mobile phone, it is stated that the 18 named accused persons including the petitioners herein assaulted the husband of the informant leading to his death.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and from perusal of the F.I.R. together with the material that has transpired in course of investigation, it transpires that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner nos. 1 and 3 are in custody since 2.6.2020. Investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the allegations being general and omnibus in nature together with the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 having remained in custody for over one year, the Court directs the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 be enlarged on bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
