The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of K. Hat P.S. Case No. 997 of 2014. It has been submitted that it was a misconception that the present First Information has been instituted. Since the case is still under investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and other aspects and conclude the investigation within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2201 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 997 of 2014 for its onward transmission, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner.
