At the very outset, it has been submitted by Mr. Amit Srivastava, learned senior counsel that the petitioner is availing the benefit of Section 41A(3) of the Cr.P.C. and as such, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest, as a result of which, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail stands dismissed as being infructuous.
