The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence under Sections 341,342,323,504,354(B),496,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The sister of the petitioner had lodged Pipra P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 against the father of the informant of this case and other family members alleging identical allegation of commission of attempt to rape and this FIR also contains identical allegation.

Submission is that for land dispute false case has been lodged. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 121 of 2019, with following conditions:
