JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertance name of father of petitioner no. 1 has wrongly been mentioned in the writ petition as Naresh Sharma. The correct name of father of petitioner no. 1 is Ramesh Sharma. The said fact is also evident from copy of Adhar Card
Patna High Court MJC No.2828 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 of the petitioner No. 1 which has been placed along with modification application wherein name of father of petitioner No. 1 has clearly been mentioned as Ramesh Sharma. The modification application in the circumstances is allowed. Name of father of petitioner No. 1 in the order dated 27.6.2019 passed in the instant proceeding may be read as Ramesh Sharma. In order to avoid any further complication in the matter this Court would further permit petitioners' Counsel to correct description of father of petitioner No. 1 in the original writ petition also.
Name of father of petitioner no. 1 may be read as Ramesh Sharma in the order dated 27.6.2019 passed in CWJC No. 275 of 2019.
The MJC application stands disposed of.
