Considering the fact that with regard to the grievance made against Respondent No. 6 in the original writ petition as an Inquiry Committee has already been constituted and the matter is being looked into by the Inquiry Committee, the learned Writ Court did not interfere into the matter as the matter was subjudice before the

Patna High Court LPA No.514 of 2016 dt.20-06-2017 2/2 Inquiry Committee and in doing so and by dismissing the writ petition on such consideration, we find that the learned Writ Court has not committed any error warranting consideration. The Letters patent Appeal stands dismissed.
