1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 27.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.3958 of 2020 has stood complied with, however, the petitioner be granted liberty to take recourse to such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, in view of the fact that the land in question has been found to be raiyati land of the private persons, hence it has been concluded

Patna High Court MJC No.2144 of 2023(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 by the opposite parties that no encroachment proceedings are maintainable qua the said persons. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The petition stands disposed off.
