====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 642 of 2022 corresponding to trial No. 133 of 2024, lodged on 20.07.2022, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 302/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20758 of 2024 but liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Counsel submits that the report has been called for and from the report it transpires that the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions. Counsel further submits that the charge has already been framed on 20.03.2024.

4. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 17th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 642 of 2022 corresponding to trial No. 133 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
