2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University stating that all admitted retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. The same is not denied or controverted.

3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner feels that there is any

If such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
