JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31563 of 2017 in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 and there is allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the deceased by means of farsa.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that there was case and counter case between the parties and further there is no repetition of blow and petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than a year.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.
