2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.

4. Petitioners are pattidars of in-laws of the deceased and have got no concern with the alleged crime. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that husband and mother-in-law of the deceased have already been acquitted, vide judgment dated 18.01.2023 passed in Tr. No. 592 of 2022, arising out of Katra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020, by the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 16th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
