Mr. Mohammed Arif, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant, Sri Pramod Kumar.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 329(4) 126(2), 74, 352, 109, 351(2), 351(3) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was abducting the granddaughter of the informant and on protest, assaulted the informant with an iron rod on the head of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025. He further submits

5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as the A.P.P. appearing for the State have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025.
