The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ganga Bridge P.S. case No. 77/2020 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The police got information about keeping consignment of liquor in a house situated in Sahdullapur and on raid 304 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the wash room situated in the southern side of the house of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were not present in the house. They are not residing in the house and they are living outside their village but it

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
