The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the motorcycle of the informant having been stolen by unknown miscreants. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned, neither any recovery has been made from his possession nor T.I. Parade has been held nor the petitioner is an FIR named accused person. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 11.03.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34090 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2018.
