The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) For a direction to the Respondent authorities to acquire the land pertaining to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12074 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 Khata No.-85 Plot No.- 5972 admeasuring 0.191⁄2 Acre, Mauza- Nawada, Thana No. 367 under Nawada District over which 33/11 KV Electric Power Sub-Station is situated, in accordance with Bihar Raiyati Land Lease Policy, 2014 after making payment at current Market Value Registration (hereinafter referred as MVR for the sake of brevity).
(ii) For a direction to the Respondent authorities to vacate the aforesaid land in alternative if it is not acquired.
(iii) For a direction to make payment of arrear of rent with interest accrued since May, 2017.
(iv) For any other relief/relief(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the eye of law including cost of litigation as the petitioner has been constrained to move before this Hon'ble Court."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ball is being thrown between the Collector, Nawada (respondent no.8) and the Officers of South Bihar Power Distribution
Patna High Court CWJC No.12074 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 3/3 Company Limited, Patna as a result where of the petitioner alongwith his mother and brothers are suffering. The details of the land is as follows: Khata No. 85 Plot No. 5972 admeasuring 0.19 1⁄2 Acre.

He further submits that alongwith his brothers/mother, he shall be preferring petition before the Collector, Nawada (respondent no.8) in next four weeks with all the necessary documents so that the concerned respondent after hearing them as also the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited pass the necessary order to end the problem that they are facing.
5. Learned counsel for the said company is represented and submits that the company shall be cooperating by appearing before the Collector, Nawada.
6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner/his brothers/mother to appear before the respondent no.8, the Collector, Nawada who shall be noticing all the parties and after hearing them shall pass an appropriate order preferably by 31st December, 2025.
