The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-467, 468, 420,353, 504, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that she attempted to take benefit of Indira Awas twice by filing false affidavit. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that having similar allegation, some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 08-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 689 of 2015, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3939 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
