JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 29.4.2018, seeks bail in Nawada Town PS Case No. 260 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion the petitioner was apprehended but neither the stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession nor put on TIP to ascertain his participation, moreover the investigation has been completed and the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar Keshari @ Sheru is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nawada in connection with Nawada Town PS Case No. 260 of 2018.
