JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 213/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. 10 liters of country made liquor and 10 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 M.L. were recovered from the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure list reflects that the seizure has been made from Bipin Bihari Singh.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten
