The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1099 of 2015 for offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
From Annexure-2, it appears that the petitioner and the complainant are staying together as husband and wife. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the complainant are staying together as husband and wife, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7778 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vikash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No.1099 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The court below shall verify the matter with regard to aforesaid fact and after granting provisional bail to the petitioner and after the same is verified, provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed.
