2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons are said to have assaulted and killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the records it appears that due to a trivial dispute, the deceased was killed by the accused persons. The petitioner is one of them. From the post-mortem report it appears that the deceased had sustained only one injury.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025.
