JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 363, 34 of IPC.

F.I.R. disclosed an allegation that minor son of the informant was kidnapped and later on, he came to know that he has forcibly been married with the daughter of the petitioner. It further appears from the impugned order that in his statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. that the victim has also supported the prosecution case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no injury on the person of the victim, which he has forcibly been kidnapped. There is dispute with respect to

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
