Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects, if any, within three weeks. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 504, 385, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A) I.T. Act. Allegation against the petitioners is that for the expense of their daughter they have taken money from the complainant in a fraudulent manner and when the complainant asked for his outstanding amount, both the petitioners threatened and sent him obscene photograph with a view to humiliate him.

No.51120 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are quite innocent and have no committed the offense as alleged by the complainant. They have been falsely implicated in this case for the purpose of illegal and immoral gain. As a matter of fact complainant attempted to develop illicit relation with petitioner no. 1 due to which a dispute arose and in order to save his skin the present the complaint petition has been filed against the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para '3' of the bail application.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with C.A. Case No. 564 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) ishika U T
