Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 123 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (ka) (kha) (ga) (gha) of Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

Taking into consideration that petitioners are step sons of the informant and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
