Petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 233 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,413,414 of the Indian Code and section 25(1-b)a,26,35 of the Arms Act and section 8,20,22 of the NDPS Act. One live cartridge, mobile and one Apache motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ganja has been recovered from possession of the other co-accused persons. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

No.61854 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 233 of 2021.
