The petitioners seek bail in connection with B.P. No.-1035 of 2018 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No.71 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 307, 379, 379, 506 of the I.P.C.
The prosecution case in brief is that petitioners and other accused persons participated actively in the occurrence of murderous assault of informant while he was cutting grass on his field.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the allegation of committing assault is specific against others and not

No.46551 of 2018 (2) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 against these petitioners only superfluous allegation is made of opening fire against petitioner No.1 but there is no injury of fire arm and no accusation of committing assault against rest two petitioners, moreover, the petitioners have no criminal antecedent except one case earlier lodged by the father of the present informant. Petitioners have been in custody since 29.03.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioners, namely, (1) Buchchi Singh @ Bucchi Singh (2) Pramod Singh (3) Pahlad Singh @ Chhote Singh, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Punpun P.S.
