Petitioners pray for bail in connection with Punpun P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant, causing injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there are four accused persons and allegation is general and omnibus in nature and they are in custody since 3.4.2018. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that after

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Punpun P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioners shall not threat the informant and his family members and shall not tamper with the evidence, otherwise prosecution is given liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
