2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385, 379, 427, 509, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons threatened the informant that if he wants to run the shop, he has to give ransom to them. Thereafter, on 09.05.2024, the petitioners along with other coaccused persons including 10-15 persons came and assaulted brother of the informant and when the informant came to save

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that as per the F.I.R. a general and vague allegation has been attributed against all the four named and ten unknown persons to assault the informant and three other persons without specific overt act. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioners are also involved in the present case and one of the injured person have sustained grievous injury.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and the nature of the injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
